Application of Career Assessment Model to Assist Students in Choosing Department in Senior High School

This research aims to produce the application models of career assessment application to help students in the selection of subject majors in Senior High School. Design of this research is the development from Borg and Gall Models (2003) (E), which includes the stages of needs analysis and expert validation. The research was conducted in the city of Makassar with the object of research is a teacher and high school students. The results of the needs analysis with the use of focus group discussion (FGD) shows that on average the coenselor education
