Implementation and Development of a Global Index for Level of Service Evaluation at Airport Passenger Terminals: Hajj Terminal Saudi Arabia

This paper develops a global index for Level of Service (LOS) assessments at airport terminals. Its key role is naming the most significant attributes by considering user experience. This study was carried out in the Hajj terminal of the King Abdul-Aziz International Airport, and included a survey with one hundred travelers at the airport in 2011. The results of this study showed that processing time was among the most important measures affecting the users
