Associations of Macronutrients Consumption with Cancer Risks from a Global Prospective

Our objective is to establish global relationships between macronutrients and energy consumption and relative risks of cancers. The consumption and cancer incidence data for 162 countries were obtained from FAO and WHO in 2008.
