Abstract

Hepatitis B is a liver inflammation caused by hepatitis B virus (HBV). Hepatocytes culture is an in vitro model widely used to study various physiological and pathological aspects of HBV. Referring to 3R principles (Reduction, Refinement, Replacement), it is important to minimize the use of animals in research (in this study :Tupaia).
