Abstract

Coconut palm sugar enriched with red palm oil (RPO) which contained high pro-vitamin A was expected to contribute on nutritional status improvement, particularly vitamin A status. The main objective of this study was to analyze the efficacy of coconut palm sugar enriched with RPO on serum retinol level and nutritional status of elementary school children.
