Abstract

The low quality of service will make customer satisfaction, with the emergence of complaints patients. The research aimed to analysis the connection between the quality of service and The level of satisfaction on inpatients at Abepura Regional General Hospital. Use design cross sectional study By using 60 samples taken with technic purposive of sampling. Data is collected by using questionnaire that contains questions about level of satisfaction and the quality of service. Data analysis done with SPSS by test spearman
