Abstract

Increased of estrogen receptor (ER) expression resulting in activation of downstream signaling pathways including cAMP/PKA, MAPK/ERK and PI3K/AKT. The Association of estrogen receptor expression and P-glycoprotein 1 (P-gp) expression is not clear yet. The aims of this study is to explore the influence of signaling cascades of estrogen receptors
